In my role as project manager/ lead ux designer, I made sure we were meeting project goals and adapted the timeline whenever necessary. I also took the initiative to expand the project scope when the original intent was to have a team of 4 designers redesign a button. I helped design the UI and made sure there was more visual consistency on the platform.

My passion for design stems from my love for technology and establishing human connections. The prominence of technology and digital spaces has immensely altered how we interact with one another, but with this new and ever-changing space, we can inadvertently create barriers. As a first generation student, helping my parents showed me how poor UX can mitigate access to necessary resources. My goal as a designer is to create a more accessible and equitable world by utilizing data-driven insights to design for humans. I strive to empathize and strategize to create new and impactful solutions that make this world easier to navigate.
I'm currently working as a Product Designer at Opal LLC which is a fintech start up aimed to make NFTs more accessible to the everyday consumer. I'm also a Geek Squad Consultation agent where I have interacted with those who aren't tech savvy and this has affected how I make design decisions because I'm constantly questioning, how an experience can be made easier and more friendly.
